Finally up and did it....welcome to my blog. Just ramblings of some of my doings.
This is a shawl I knit for my daughter's wedding shower. I did purchase a beautiful antique looking button for it. The pattern is from, Just One More Row . It is the Tapestry Shawl. It is done in short rows and is very easy to do. They have several nice patterns. Things are moving nicely toward the shower and wedding. I have to do the teabag covers and get the candy and such for the tables. Aren't showers so much fun..
I am working on another shawl for my daughter, Trish. I will post a picture soon. It is another very easy pattern and looks great, plus it is a very fast knit! Doesn't get much better than that!
Till next time,
Hugs, Dusty

Dusty,
I sure got a good laugh from your email about adding a couple more things to your blog and that is like adding a couple more rows of knitting, and showing it to your husband...I do that! I just had to check out your blog. Now you need to add a Looming Angels T-shirt shop and tell everyone you added something new to your blog again (LOL, LOL). Your daughter's shawl is absolutely gorgeous!
Yes Moma Chicken I love to knit, I just resurrected my knitting needles a few months ago. It is just so peaceful.
I am very happy with the way the shawl turned out. I know she will just love it. I will be sure to take some pictures of the shower. Now I have to figure out how to wrap all the bead and stuff I got her.
Hugs, Dusty
